BOGOTÁ — Within the framework of courtesy relations and institutional dialogue, Monsignor Leonardo Molina received Sir Alfred M.G. Williams, High Commissioner in charge of the Procuracy for Government Liaison, in an official audience. The central purpose of this meeting, held in the Colombian capital, was the formal presentation of the objectives, missions, and scope of the Mandatum Order within the national territory, with a view to exploring future avenues of cooperation in favor of social development.
